We hope that you are delighted with your purchase but we do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

If you do wish to return your item(s) please follow the following steps below.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please notify us by email at hello@theloftandus.com under the subject matter Refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase and we will confirm the correct address for you to send your refund to.

* Please do not send your return items back to our registered office address situated on our contact page as they will not be processed.*

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned to us within the 28 day time frame.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can not issue a refund on any items that run over the 28 day period of return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item within the 28-day time frame and check it is still in its original packaging and not damaged we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within or up to 10 working days. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We strongly recommend you use a signed for delivery service and keep proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
